1. Our Commitment
Hearts For The Hungry, Inc., publicly known as Hearts for the Hungry, is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of www.heartsforthehungry.org for people with disabilities.
We want donors, supporters, volunteers, ministry partners, and other visitors to be able to learn about our mission and programs, review stories and updates, contact us, subscribe to communications, access donor information, and make donations without unnecessary barriers.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our website-accessibility target.
WCAG provides recommendations intended to make digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target does not mean that every page, file, feature, or third-party service currently meets every WCAG success criterion.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue working to identify and address barriers.

We seek to make our donation, contact, and newsletter forms accessible to people using keyboards, screen readers, screen magnification, voice-recognition software, and other assistive technologies.
Some donation or form functions may be provided by Wix or another third-party service.
If you are unable to complete a donation or form because of an accessibility barrier, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative method.
Please do not send complete payment-card or bank-account information by email.

We do not have complete control over the accessibility of every third-party system.
