Our Story
Since 2004, Hearts for the Hungry has worked to serve children and families in northern Haiti. What began as a response to urgent need has grown into a long-term commitment to help children access food, education, and hope. Over the years, we have supported schools, orphanages, and local ministries, and during times of crisis we have helped deliver food and medical supplies to communities facing severe hardship. Our work is rooted in compassion, trusted relationships, and the belief that practical care can open the door to a better future.

Why We Are Effective
Hearts for the Hungry works through trusted, long-term partnerships that make practical ministry possible. Since 2004, we have served northern Haiti through relationships built on consistency, accountability, and local knowledge. Our partnership with EBAC provides a trusted base for ministry and safe warehouse storage for food and supplies. Through Feed My Starving Children, we receive donated food that helps nourish vulnerable children and families. Through Missionary Flights International, we are able to move support into Haiti quickly when crisis conditions demand faster response. Together, these partnerships help us respond with greater speed, flexibility, and reach.
